I had confirmation of booking, arrived and they and booking .com told me overbooked , there was a big event in town and I was put out on street at 11pm.
This happened a lot with other people with you, there will be twitter campaign about this. Reputation is now sh&t

The location is surely a plus point, the room was nice and tidy, a bit compact though,
The room fridge didn't work, I had to keep some medicine inside the fridge and worried about the medicine,

I like the room where it has an extra sofa where the kids can sleep over
the parking is very bad and not fit to the med and large cars

Location of the hotel is ideal.
We had to request maintenance to open the room door every time we enter..!! There was mechanical problem with the door lock on the first day of our stay, but was not resolved untill we left..!!
