Struttura molto nuova e ben realizzata
La casa ha una scarsa ventilazione: ci sono due finestroni lato soggiorno che affacciano direttamente sulla strada piuttosto trafficata e che si aprono solo a vasistas, trattandosi peraltro di un piano terra: gli altri ambienti (camere da letto) sono ciechi. Tutto questo determina all’interno degli ambienti un bel po’ di umidità che si sente anche in termini di odori malgrado i vari deodoranti da ambienti sistemati quà e là. In compenso la casa risulta molto fresca grazie anche ai condizionatori presenti.
Lo staff è stato presente e pronto: l’host è intervenuto prontamente alla mia richiesta di aiuto per la comparsa di un formicaio in casa (effetto umidità?).
Salvo questi temi (non irrilevanti) la casa è pulita e nuova.
