La coordinación para la entrega de la llave, es personalizada y la persona encargada tardó bastante y llegagamos cansados y yo engripads. Sugiero colocar al menos cortinas de black out, se hace difícil dormir cuando sale el sol

posizione.

L'appartamento presentava diversi problemi di pulizia e manutenzione. Le lenzuola erano sporche e la cucina era dotata di pentole vecchie, sporche e in condizioni non adeguate all'uso. Anche il lavello della cucina era sporco al nostro arrivo. I materassi a molle erano particolarmente scomodi, compromettendo la qualità del soggiorno. Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi 40 minuti prima che una parente del proprietario arrivasse per consegnarci le chiavi dell'appartamento. La serratura della porta d'ingresso era difettosa e rendeva difficoltoso l'accesso all'alloggio. Infine, è stato molto complicato contattare il numero di telefono indicato da Booking nell'e-mail di conferma della prenotazione, con conseguenti difficoltà nella gestione delle problematiche riscontrate.Nel complesso, l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative e degli standard promessi dall'annuncio.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones.

Techo del baño con hongos, picaporte de la puerta del baño roto, vajilla sucia, barral de cortina roto.

Buena hubicacion, dpto con poco mantenimiento.

La hubicacion .

No hay repasadores en la cocina, platos reciclados ( mínima cantidad no acordé a cantidad de personas hospedadas). Sofá pésima calidad, solo con almohadas se puede Alguien sentar ...alacena todo reciclado tazas prácticamente en desuso. Solo un baño con ducha. Cortinas si las corres, se cae el barral ( falta de tornillos, y mantenimiento). Conclusión no hay inversión en mantenimiento. Trato con anfitrión casi nulo, solo se apersono a cobrar el familiar , y no hubo más contacto .
