Good location, SUPER comfy beds!!! Sofa’s were nice too.
Cleanliness…not good at all!
Washing still sat in the washing machine, cutlery had been put back in the drawer dirty! 3 forks still had food on, 2 knives greasy as if they’d been used and out straight back, tea spoon still dry stained with tae/coffee. Dish washer didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while.
White towel in the bathroom was already dirty before we used it.

I liked the location. The bedroom sizes were spacious. The house was clean. It worked out for us as it was only one night's stay.
The toilet did not have the back flap so it was uncomfortable to sit on the seat especially for the children. The metal silver flush button cap on the flush was broken so in order to flush you would need to be firm. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, so on the night we stayed as it was raining the water fell into the bathroom.
There were lots of curtain hooks missing on the curtains in the living room and the bedrooms so you had to carefully draw the curtains so that light did not come in during the night.
There was no Iron in the bedrooms, luckily I brought my own. One of the work tops in the kitchen was sticky.
The bed in the double room with laminate flooring was very comfortable, but the rest of the beds was not. In the bedroom with two single beds one of the beds closest to the window had a bigger mattress than the base which was 3/4 length, so it was uncomfortable. The other double bed was fair.
