Recharging!

It was a perfect getaway in a beautiful area and community. I highly recommend it for people looking to rest and recharge.

The GPS is tough to navigate if you use Apple Maps for the location. But overall there was not anything else I didn't like....and the GPS issue is not their fault.

The area. It was clean.

We were not notified that the hot tub was out of service until the day of check-in, which I found very misleading given that the hot tub was the main reason we booked this property. Our plan was to relax and enjoy the hot tub, but without it, half of our group decided to leave a day early. If we had wanted a cabin without a hot tub, we could have spent much less elsewhere. On top of that, there was no broom available for cleaning, and the beds were quite stiff and uncomfortable. I was offered a $25 per night refund (a total of $75), which I felt was inadequate for the inconvenience, and it was later increased to $120 total. Unfortunately, that still didn’t feel like enough compensation for what was supposed to be a special mountain family getaway. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this property if you’re looking for the amenities that are advertised.
