Perfect resort, very nice pool area, rooms are clean and very well designed and equipped.
And the resort manager Jake was going above and beyond to take care for everything.

We’ve stayed at the The Augustin Guesthouse several times now, and somehow it just keeps getting better every time we come back. The rooms and the entire property are always incredibly clean and well taken care of. You can tell the owners, Tim and Marco, truly care about the property and the experience their guests have.
They also made an awesome choice hiring Jake! He really takes the experience to another level and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need. His attention to detail really shows, especially with how spotless the rooms are. It honestly feels more like coming back to visit friends than staying at a guesthouse. We always have a great time here and are already looking forward to our next stay!
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I had to go back home. 😝

Very well landscaped and clean outside, set up of outside furniture and beautiful pool and hot tub. Super friendly cat.
Only one other guest at complex during our stay so basically had entire place and pool to ourselves. Close to Wilton Manors area but must drive so plan on paying for parking in area to go to bars and dinner.
Confusing at check in as never received text or information to access gate code and room prior to arrival. Waiting outside of complex for an hour after long journey and busy day and hot and no one would answer phone. Finally heard back with our calling to booking.com and eventually owners apologized due to issue with booking.com. Suggest to book directly with them instead of booking.com.
Sugar ants in room so unable to leave anything out, fridge and microwave worked to keep food from being ruined. Advised manager who does not stay on property overnight the next morning but not sure he did anything but we were there for 3 nights.
Neighborhood is not best area but up and coming, as you can tell by improvements in the area but would not walk in neighborhood yet. Drive everywhere is recommended.
