The atmosphere, the decorations, the villa and everything was just perfect!

TV in each room, had an X box, good kitchen utensils and facilities. Very spacious. Host was very attentive and accommodating to our requests.

B'coz of the lush garden around the premises, you have to contend with some mosquitoes and creepy crawlies. However, they provide mosquito vapes in each room and insect spray.

Great outdoor area to enjoy the spacious pool.

The location was nice, and the property had a good-sized pool. The beds were comfortable, and the common area with the dining and lounge room was spacious and a good size for our group.

Disappointing stay – serious security, privacy and housekeeping concerns Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, particularly when it came to security, privacy and communication. We were specifically asked to keep all doors locked due to the security of our belongings. However, one of the sliding doors to the lounge/dining area could not be locked. We raised this with the housekeeper via WhatsApp and were told that someone would come and have a look at it, but nobody ever attended to fix the issue. We also did not initially have a key for the main sliding door providing access to the lounge/dining area. When we asked Made (Housekeeper) about it in person, we were told that it should be somewhere around the property and to check our existing keys. After contacting the number provided on the check-in/check-out information sheet, the housekeeper eventually provided us with the correct key. This meant that for approximately seven days, we were unable to properly secure the main door to the common area, and the sliding door providing access to the common area also could not be locked. This was particularly concerning given that we had specifically been instructed to keep the property secure due to our belongings. Please see the attached photo/video showing the issue. Adding to our security concerns, the safes provided in each bedroom were not bolted or secured to the ground or any fixed surface. They could simply be picked up and carried away. This completely defeats the purpose of having a safe, particularly in a villa where guests are being advised to take precautions with their belongings. Even more concerning was the fact that the housekeeper and pool/gardening staff had keys and would unlock and enter the villa without knocking, notifying us via WhatsApp, or otherwise advising that they were coming. They would simply unlock the doors and walk into the property unannounced.
