My wife and I occupied this 1-bedroom apartment during the 2-week period 28 June-12 July 2026. LOCATION: Quiet location on rue du Pré, 5-10 minute walk from tourist area of Cannes and 5-10 minute walk from beautiful Meditteranean beaches. Half a dozen excellent restaurants within two minutes' walk. INTERNAL DESIGN, LAYOUT, FACILITIES: Excellent bathroom facilities, including modern shower with easy-to-use controls, abundant hot water, many towels. Separate state-of-the-art toilet. Comfortable king-size bed with beautiful bedding and pillows. Generous living room and dining area. Modern kitchen with induction stove, many cabinets, full assortment of cutlery, dishes, and towels. New, large refrigerator. Highly effective living/dining room and bedroom wall airconditioning units. COMFORT: Private and quiet. Owner promptly responded to our questions in writing and, on one occasion, in person. Easy check-in and check-out. OVERALL RATING: This is a beautifully renovated apartment with tasteful artwork and excellent natural and artifical lighting. Top quality in every respect. We would book this apartment again without hesitation.
