Very homely accomodation with fridge in room and snacks provided. No breakfast offered. Street arking avaialble. Good location for East Sussex Hospital

No pubs or places to eat in walkable distance so need vehicle.

The room was as described and excellent value for money. We were stranded due to a flight cancellation and Pat was excellent at accepting our request and communicating with us in a very stressful moment. She was kind and helpful.

Nothing. Though it is unusual to have a shared bathroom these days, it was perfectly acceptable as we saw no-one else and it was spotlessly clean with lots of towels and toiletries available.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Pat was an amazing host—so welcoming and friendly, making me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The place was immaculate, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a spotless, sparkling bathroom. The location was perfect too, with several local amenities just a short walk away. Exceptional value for money in every way. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended—top notch!

Pat was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable, it had a small fridge with milk and yogurt. It also had a coffee machine and a one cup kettle machine but it wasn’t that hot

unfortunately the room was very small with little space to move around, it a a large wardrobe which had clothes in it and a dressing table that was also in use, and no bedside tables. Also I hadn’t realised it was a shared bathroom. I should have read the reviews. I just looked at the excellent rating.
