The hotel was in an excellent location close to the cable car station and the Kiss Bridge. The view of the ocean from our window was beautiful. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, and the food quality was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and always ready to help in any way they could.
We loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel location is very good, and they have nice view.. it’s walking distance to all attractions.. in addition to that, they have also some Halal food in their menu..
The staff were good and helpful..
The clean is good but they can do better, plus the hotel doesn’t have pool. The variety in breakfast is limited..
I had an issue in changing my flight ticket and when I told them to help me to reduce number of night from 3 to 2 night they have refused.. they were not cooperative when I asked for there support, despite I requested booking.com to ask the property for reducing the days and have wavier on cancellation fees they have refused .
Which forced me to stay and incurs high additional charges when changing the flight

This hotel is clean and cozy. It's located near to many top attraction sites with less than 8 minutes walking distance. The sea view was amazing. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is tasty and satisfactory with free fruit juice and coffee.
