Appartamento perfetto, luminoso, ben arredato e attrezzato ampio balcone, primo piano con ascensore, parcheggio in cortile chiuso.

Si trova in un piccolo condominio, pulito e ordinato, ma, naturalmente, talvolta si sente il cane dell'appartamento sotto abbaiare (mai di notte, però) e lo sciabattare nell'appartamento sopra.
