El alojamiento es muy cómodo y cuenta con todas las cosas necesarias para una buena estadía (elementos de limpieza, utensilios, etc).
Agua caliente funcionaba de lujo (hago esta aclaración porque para mí cuando vas a estas ciudades en invierno es importante y he ido a lugares donde el agua fallaba y eso hace que la estadía no sea buena)
El anfitrión muy bien predispuesto y atento a las necesidades.
Para decir algo solo diría que no pudimos manejar bien la calefacción, por momentos hacía calor y por momentos estaba fresco, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar hablando con el anfitrión que estuvo a disposición todo el tiempo y respondía en el momento, sea la la hora que sea. Insisto, yo no comenté esto, pero estoy segura que lo hubiéramos podido manejar.

Credit card issue to pay for my stay. Apparently, booking doesn't allow the Argentinean lodging operators to make the credit card payment online. The lodging operator sends a link to pay which did not work at all. After 3-4 hours of making it work, the owner had to process the payment over the phone. Really weird system and I've never encountered this situation, even with other places in Argentina. No cable - they said they were switching operators, living room sofa is a trundle bed and it is super uncomfortable. The rooms were cool and they were able to increase the heat. Apparently, there is a thermostat outside the unit in the hallway that is shared with another unit but they never told us about that. I stayed at 8 hotels during my jaunt throughout Argentina, Chile and Patagonia, this was my least favorite. The operators in El Calafate just want to get the tourist dollars and don't really want to give you more than they have to. No breakfast was provided. Although they did get us a taxi to go to another lodging in El Calafate due to our delayed trip to Puerto Natales.
