Hotel Villa Ferrari

The room was clean and spacious, it had a separate bathroom which was spacious as well and well equipped, TV, AC and a big mirror.

There was staff personnel and i suppose one was the manager woman. The girl from the staff was really nice and tried to help us, whilst the manager was quite the opposite. Our booking for 2 nights was 72 EUR, we had EUR but the staff girl told us that she doesnt have change to give us and that we should pay later, we asked how much is that in albanian LEK and she wrote down on a paper - 6.674 LEK (approximately). We went to change money in the exchange office and when we came back we wanted to pay for our stay, so the manager lady was there and we told her that we wanted to pay in LEK since we have changed money, then she started explaining to us that because of the "business" she loses money when people pay in LEK because the price is in EUR and the value changes daily EUR to LEK. So we gave her 7.000 LEK and she told us its okay, i dont understand why she wanted to scam us here but we explained to her that the staff girl told us already 2 hours ago how much was the price but the whole story didnt add up so we requested for the change and after a lot of discussion in Albanian language which we didnt understand she gave us back our change. This situation was very absurd, you cannot tell someone to pay much more than what it really is regarding the difference in the EUR to LEK or the inflation whatever. Very unpleasant moment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely responsive — everyone was kind, polite, and always ready to help. The prices were very reasonable, and my room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The air conditioner was a lifesaver and worked perfectly. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, where there was a table and chair — the perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the fresh air. Whenever something was missing in the room, the staff responded quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great value.
