Facilidad de llegar a la ubicación atención, estacionamiento
No tuve el primer día agua caliente al ser calentador solar no pude nunca usar el jacuzzi, lo anuncian como tina de hidromasaje y solo es un jacuzzi, el segundo día tuve agua caliente pero no tuve internet y por 5 horas no tuvo luz las habitaciones de mi sección el trato fue bueno y me ofrecieron conservar la habitación con tina

Location, ambience
Cleanliness - like pool water was not clean, there were some spider and webs in outside patio furniture. Given it's nature surrounding, this may happen but I suggest hotel to ask cleaning staff to do a thorough job.

La alberca y la ubicación
El agua huele un poco mal, personal del domingo muy grosero quería cobrar extra por usar el jacuzzi que ya estaba en la habitación que pagamos, el cuarto muy apretado
