The facilities.but there is the problem of information not given on booking, yet it's required on ground.
I didn't like telling me to make a security deposit of usd 100 on arrival yet i was not told of the same when booking.
The other issue is that Akua cottages is listed among facilities which provide B and B online whereas it doesn't.

Het appartement is gewoon goed/super. En het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk
Zij geven goede service. wij hadden nog geen Cedi's. De eigenaar/manager heeft ons gewoon geld voorgeschoten zodat we een taxi naar een atm konden nemen. We hoefden maar te vragen en het werd geregeld. Eigenlijk veel beter dan ons huidige grand hotel in de " betere" buurt. En er is een heerlijk dakterras om te chillen. Top!
De lokatie is minder omdat het een arme buurt is. Maar dat is dan het uiterlijk. Wel kleine shops in de directe omgeving met zeer vriendelijke mensen. Voor de grote Accra mall of het centrum ben je aangewezen op een taxi, tussen de € 5 en €. 7,50 ben je in het centrum.
In de buurt zelf, hebben wij ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld.

The apartment is as advertised, very modern decor and maintained to a high standard.
Fred, was on hand each day, to check that everything was satisfactory. It is in bustling Official Town. I wanted a feel for day-to-day life and got that here.
“Authentic.” The bordering Darkuman Avenue is a corridor of shops, stalls selling everything including street food. And also Sandwiched on two other sides by Osakuman street and Isaac Tetteh Avenue, there was more than enough to learn and explore.
There was nothing I was dissatisfied with. You should be aware that it can be difficult to locate as there was no signage outside the gates. There is some redecorating of outside entrance, so I’m assuming the owner will be correcting that. That’s only an issue on 1st time finding of course.
