Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage und gutem Essen. Wir haben von unserem Zelt aus Zebras und Giraffen beobachten können und Büffel und Impalas haben direkt im Garten der Unterkunft gegrast. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Der Service im Restaurant war toll und die Mitarbeiter dort wirklich bemüht. Die Zelte sind wirklich gemütlich und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Die Waschräume hätten etwas sauberer und komfortabler sein können. Das Wasser in den duschen lief nicht ab und flutete auch den Toilettenbereich.
Einen faden Beigeschmack hinterließ vor allem das Auschecken, wo wir am Ende aufgefordert wurden, die Rechnung zu begleichen, dazu wurden ein paar Nummern auf einem Handy eingetippt und uns ein angeblicher Betrag von 140 Dollar präsentiert, den wir bezahlen sollten. Auf Nachfrage, wie sich der Betrag zusammensetzt, wurden neue Zahlen eingetippt und man kam plötzlich nur noch auf 105 Dollar. Auch hier konnte man uns nicht genau sagen, wie er sich zusammensetzt und eine Rechnung erhielten wir nicht. Diese Vorgehensweise erinnert eher ans feilschen auf dem Markt, man erwartet es allerdings nicht an der Rezeption einer Safari Lodge.

Ein toller Pool, leckeres Frühstück, bequeme Betten, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, coole Lage in der Wildnis mit Giraffen, Zebras und Büffeln direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr langsames WiFi. In der Beschreibung steht zwar "inklusive aller Gebühren", aber pro Person und Nacht müssen zusätzlich 32 € bezahlt werden, weil das Camp in der Nähe vom Nationalpark ist.

The location
The torch which was given for emergency wasn’t working. It was raining and I had to call the staff in the middle of the night but no one responded. It was scary to go alone when no one is nearby (not even the camps near to you had guests). The service was worst in entire Tanzania trip. During breakfast and dinner buffet, the food was finished and they didn’t even bother to refill it . I had to again and again tell them to please refill. They had no water in the buffet which is very important. We had to buy bottles. What’s the use of taking buffet and paying so much money then.
