Nice property with cozy fire pit and a lookout tower where we saw zebras, warthogs, giraffes, and wildebeests. Easy to get around with nice lighting that didn’t block the view of the stars.
Easy drive to the Mara without paying to stay in the conservancy/park.
The dinners, especially the lentils were very tasty. They were able to make some adjustments with the food.
Nice tent tall enough to stand in everywhere and easy to open/close windows with screens in place to keep out mosquitos (also has a mosquito net). Spartan but very convenient bathroom and shower en-suite.
Friendly, helpful staff.
There was no place for our guide to stay, which is rare in the area. Made it take longer in the mornings to get going and inconvenient for our guide. Could also have been a safety issue if we needed to evacuate for some reason but didn’t have a driver.
Also, the breakfast was large so we gave what we didn’t eat to our guides to make up for the lost time. They started giving us less and less food every breakfast even though we were paying the same price for it.
Also, the lunch wasn’t great. The lentil patty was good but there was nothing else on the sandwich besides white bread. Aside from that and fruit, the rest was chips, juice and cookies-basically just candy that wasn’t great fuel for standing up in a rocking vehicle all day long after getting up at 5am. .

The staff is lovely. The place is quiet, 15 minutes' drive from the entrance of Masai Mara. Food is good even if there is no choice.
The hot shower was not working properly. Noone to clean the room.
