This place may be on the opposite side of the beach but it was perfection! The beach was a short walk away. The facilities and amenities were great! Being prepared for breakfast at your prefeered time and in your own kitchen was a plus. The rooms were spacious, the views from them and anywhere else in the villas were great and the fact that all the apartments in the Villas face the exquisite pool was a plus! The lounge areas were also great and the pool was something else - the sun hit it perfectly across the day so it was never too chilly to indulge.
You could easily find a TukTuk or boda right from the main gate. The place was modern and great for large group activities. We were lucky we checked in when the bar was being opened so that was definitely a plus during our stay and the cocktails were great! The restraurant side was yet to be opened then but it looked quaint and will offer a similarly delightful experience once opened.
The staff and management were great and very helpful. Loved everything about it and would definitely come back again
Not that it was a dealbreaker rather general feedback - but it would be great to have the electricity token units for the villas somewhere accessible for the remaining staff afterhours rather than in a locked section/area. One night after coming back late at night, we had no electricity & were informed our tokens had depleted & they couldn't access the unit until much later.
We had to miss out on the airconditioning, heater and water during this period and the generator couldn't be switched on (understandably) as it was past midnight and the noise would interfere with other sleeping guests.

Il residence bello, piscina stupenda così come la veranda. Soddisfacente la colazione preparata dallo chef. Bene anche il servizio pulizie e le zanzariere fisse
Tante piccole cose: le porte difficili da aprire e chiudere e che lasciano entrare formiconi, la mancanza di sapone per le mani e di appendini in bagno, le lenzuola troppo corte, i teli non perfettamente puliti, le tende complicate da aprire (occhio a non farvi cadere i bastoni in testa).
Notare inoltre la posizione che non è riportata precisamente su Booking: la casa si trova nel Rafiki village.

The house and pool area are amazing
The communication and information prior to the stay were non existent.
Finding the location through Google maps without explanation is impossible.
Its on a compound called completely different from the guest house
