Great location right on the beach, with private parking. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time in Dymchurch.
The dining chairs were damaged when we arrived, which meant we had to sit on the floor to eat during our stay. Some of the facilities could use a little attention.

Beautiful apartment. Location perfect. Nicely decorated and really well appointed kitchen. Hosts responded very quickly to an email which did make a very positive impact on our stay.
Was very hot. Tower fans provided in bedrooms but ceiling fans/air con would be much more fitting. We were just grateful not there during heatwave as would have been unbearable. Beds not particularly comfortable and pillows flat and stained. Would prefer white bedding that you can see is clean. Lack of ventilation in en-suite bathroom - leaves a slightly damp smell.

Positioned on the boardwalk and a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach. The Apartment is modern and stylish. Well equipped kitchen with multiple appliances. Very spacious living area and big bedrooms. Lovely bathrooms too! Absolute value for money! Private parking was secure. Instructions were clear. Professional service from start to finish! Easy access to the high street with a choice of eating houses and Tesco express. Such a pretty seaside village!

Location on the beach. Flat was clean and kitchen was well equipped
Had numerous emails before and during stay outlining very many rules and penalties for which the deposit could be deducted. After booking and paying on booking.com was then asked to sign a lease and substantial deposit for a two day stay (which did come back several days later) alongside photo id. When we tried to get in contact re a parking query we had no response
Double bed was two singles pushed together so has a ridge in the centre - not comfortable if you sleep in the middle
Booking/hosting seems to be set up for long term leases rather than holiday breaks though the flat itself was fine, clean and perfect location
The constant warnings of potential deposit infringements, automated messages and then lack of response doesn’t make for a great welcome as experienced elsewhere. I haven’t seen this booking approach or messaging in other stays and travel extensively
