It was amazing.
The service was super kind and excellent,
We got an upgraded bigger room just out of sheer kindness.
The place itself is beautiful, very unique design and the rooms are big and have everything you might need.
The location is really great , was comfortable to get around walking but also pretty quiet.
We used the laundry service they offered and they breakfast was really nice - especially the pancakes.
The lady who made breakfast is very kind
And mr Chau (hope I’m spelling it right) was also super kind and made sure we have everything we need every day.
Highly recommend

The property is in a great location and has fantastic facilities. Loved the decor and free standing baths with Mountain View.

Our room was beautifully located amongst lush gardens and the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Chau the concierge was particularly helpful and welcoming.

Nothing particularly
When taking a shower, the entire bathroom—including the toilet and the sink—got completely wet because everything was in the same open space. There was no minibar, only an empty fridge.
The gym looks amazing in the photos, but in reality it was dirty and not well maintained. The same applies to the pool, which was also disappointing compared to the pictures.
On the positive side, the woman serving breakfast was kind, polite, and welcoming.
