Well laid out and easy to access house, with convenient parking on the drive way.
Each room is tidy and nice. Bathrooms are good. Tea and coffee was provided, and cleaning products such as fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets and antibacterial spray.
The garden is not enclosed, there is no back gate, so the dogs had to be constantly supervised when outside.
The bin outside was overflowing with excess litter on the floor, it looked very dirty and the dogs were constantly trying to get there to find the left over food on the floor, not even in a bag.

Street was well kept and quiet.
Layout of the house, good sized rooms, brand new carpets and furnishings looked new as well.
Response from Property Management when issues raised with them. Owner came to sort out heating quickly.
Issue with heating initially.
no facility to hang up clothes in upstairs bedroom.
Cobwebs in every room at high level.
Glass doors and mirrors looked like they needed a good clean.
The two oven trays provided had lots of caked on food residue.
Multiple bulbs not working or missing.
House could not have been “ walked through” by management team before available for checkin.
