Locaction is excellent. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The design concept of the hotel is A+. Public areas are clean.

The hotel is showing.a great deal of wear and tear. This hotel must be kept up in order to be successful. General maintenance is a must. Ouril Hotel is a sense of pride in SV. Take a good look at the shower in room 318 to start, then take a look at the walls - they need to be repainted. This is maintenance 101. Not difficult! Mat in exercise room, torn. Tiles missing in places. Large swabs of paint missing from walls outside of breakfast buffet. I could go on and on. The owners must implement standards for their hotel. Show your property some love! Create a maintenance plan and act on it, or in a very short time this hotel will be a "has been", which will be very, very sad. Charge a small fee for breakfast to help pay for repairs, perhaps?

A slow reception desk service. Sometimes, there were three people looking after one client while the queue was growing impatient. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, but the breakfast room was, at times, far too small for the number of clients trying to get their food. The fact that the balconies face each other, one is always being overlooked by other clients, something I had not thought of until I was there.
