Comfortable apartment. Reasonably clean. Reasonably equipped. Good view. Quiet, generally. Host amenable, when not moody.
It was unclear as to what would be available and what not. Ran out of gas for stove. Checked with building staff who tried to help but could not. Host said it was my responsibility. I managed with an electric, portable induction device that was in a closet. At extension time, rent went up.
The complex only had a Japanese restaurant which was good. An express mart which was adequate, and a bar ... Izakaya ... with very gracious and lovely hostesses. Other than that, one could walk across the main road ... generally, quite busy ... to Meikarta Central where lots of restaurants, shops, food stalls, and grocery store is. I often took a Grab car to and from though did walk also to it.
