Location was good. Area was very good. Good food around. Good view all around. Easy access and travel friendly. Room pretty huge. Value for money.
Cleanliness. Carpet feel damp and dusty and musty smelly. Toilet got unpleasant wet socks smell and still got human remains on the floor. Have to clean up yourself. Cleaner or owner of the property should use ‘Magiclean Stain & Mold’ spray to clean up faucets, toilet bowl, shower door, bathroom sink etc. It is a very good mold remover just spray and wait few minutes then just wash away then things will get shiny and clean and pleasant smell.
Carpets i dont know, need to invest on cleaning service maybe. Overall I enjoyed staying here. The cleaning staff was also funny and easy going person, but please, advise them to take atleast a little bit attention to cleanliness.

The room was a decent size and well designed.
There was no-one at reception and no information of how to obtain the keys. Even calling the listed number produced a 'not available' response. Eventually badgering the security guard to call the 'manager' resolved the key situation. The bed was way too hard and while there was bottled water, a kettle and cupsin the room, there was no coffee or tea. When leaving, there was no-one available to call a cab - ended up having to walk over a kilometre with baggage to a bus station where taxis lined up. In all, it could have been a good hotel, but the lack of any useful staff in particular made it a pain to deal with. And while there's a few okay cafes/restaurants in this once neglected part of town, it is miles from anywhere interesting and it's impossible to get a cab unless you have a local sim card and know the number of the Grab service.
