We liked the location and the space.
The towels were very bad and so old.

The house was curated beautifully and that added to the general atmosphere of being Arles. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was fully functional air conditioning in the living room/kitchen/diner and both bedrooms which was needed as it reach 41 degrees outside, so we were able to stay nice and cool! We had two very clean and fully stocked bathrooms, along with a kitchen that had all the utensils and appliances you could possibly need. The spiral staircase with unique lighting was an added bonus, as was the large TV and historical books left out for us on the coffee table about Arles. The owner has really thought about the aesthetic of this place, it felt very special staying there.
The terrace is small but can fit 2-3 people on it, and has no interesting view. Although we chose not to use it due to the exceptionally high temperatures in the south of France.

We loved everything in particular the furniture and the rooms but also the facilities.
The possibility to park the car is not easy. Not landlord’s fault but during the Feria has been really difficult.

Very central A quiet peaceful little road.
No one to greet us…had to phone, and waited even though exact time of arrival had been given twice.Air Con.was already disfunctional in bedroom ,the host did not act quickly enough so used sofa bed in lounge,,therefore lounge became a bedroom for the week Great difficulty in opening the sofa bed. required more help.No folder with info on how to use appliances. No instructions or equipment to deal with a fire emergency No list of important telephone numbers No map or any tourist info,,,,this was our holiday rental,Celine never appeared to help as promised excerpt for 5 min. Carla was a substitute I think. No terrace or river view ( as described) No instructions on how to open/lock front door Very poor response from host about these problems. Poor management by the host in that all of these issues should have been foreseen and dealt with not only before our arrival but quickly during our stay.we paid over €2000 I believe we are due some recompense for theses inadequences
