About this villa rental
Dos Monitos #2, located in the beach community of Playa Grande, a short drive from the beach. The property is fully equipped with the basic necessities to enjoy your vacation. It has secure parking within a small gated community of four villas, and security, all surrounded by jungle. There are beautiful green areas which our maintenance team looks after constantly. This villa is in a huge property with 2 other small villas and and a main house. The villas are designed to keep privacy. Each of them are fully equipped and have access to their own private pool.
Due to the El Niño phenomenon and regional drought in Guanacaste, water rationing protocols are active. We kindly ask our guests to help conserve water during their stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern and secure location. The Costa Rica Concierge service was amazing at hosting us at Dos Monitos - #2 and helping us along the way. Style and quality un compromised and high end. And the small details make it: Ice maker in the fridge, pool towels, & beach chairs. The pool and terrace is the place to spend the morning, afternoon and evenings. The large bathrooms for each room was a huge bonus. Playa Grande is an amazing beach. Quieter, less busy/chaotic and all around more affordable than Tamarindo. If you’re looking for more relaxed beach time and good surf this is the place.

We had a very comfortable stay at this villa. Two bedroom and 2 bath with functional kitchen. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. The pool was a nice addition and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.
