About this house rental
Very clean, with brand new mattresses! All amenities provided, reverse cycle heating/AC, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, TV. All linen, towels, soap, shampoos provided. Gorgeous wrap around verandah, 3 car spaces, walking trails, local restaurant, cafe, milk bar, famous Tides fish ‘n chip shop. 6km drive to Cowes.

Property is in good condition. We had a fantastic time with elderly parents. Only issue we had was with charging points. The beds are covering the charging points which makes it hard to reach.

Listing said sleeps 6, but there were 3 double beds and one sofa bed. No bedding (sheets) were supplied for the sofa bed, so for 4 mates travelling to watch motor racing it wasn’t ideal, but sorted it ourselves. Enjoyed the house though and a very good base for the Philip Island circuit and a look around the peninsula. Would use it again provided bedding was sorted.
