About this apartment rental
Casa Bellis is a nice and bright vacation apartment located in an exclusive complex with shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and a large courtyard.
Right in the heart of Sorrento, close by the apartment you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, banks and all the amenities that you may need during your vacation in Sorrento.
Casa Bellis is located on the second floor of a building accessible by two elevators or by stairs, and it is composed of a triple bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms; one with shower and one with bath.
Through the bright and spacious living room equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable sofa, you can access the outdoor terrace equipped with sun chairs;
Casa Bellis disposes of a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, plates and cutlery and all the other accessories you will need to be able to cook; the kitchen has also a small balcony with an outside table where you can enjoy your meal in the hot summer nights.
The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi
Casa Bellis is located in a strategic position from where within short walking distance you can reach the beaches, the enchanting historical town and the small fishing village of Marina Grande full of excellent restaurants where you can taste a large variety of local fish dishes.
Casa Bellis furthermore is extremely close to the train station, the bus station and the Sorrento port which makes extremely easy to reach the city of Naples, the archeological areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Amalfi coast and the isle of Capri. To make the most of a day in Capri we strongly recommend to book a private boat, doubtless the most exciting way to experience the island.
As you can understand from the description of the house it is not necessary to have a car during your vacation; should you prefer to book one anyway there is a private parking only 50mt from the apartment which costs approx. 30€ per day.
Our staff will be available throughout your stay to provide you with information on excursions, boat trips, culinary experiences and much more.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The swimming pool of the building is available from 15th of June to 15th of September,
Open at specific times: from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
It is mandatory to use the swimming cap.
Additional costs to be paid upon arrival:
Tourist tax: € 4.00 per person per day (for ages 18 and older)
Late check-in supplement after 21:00: € 50.00
Baby cot: € 50.00 per stay
Security deposit: €250.00

Fantastic location, halfway between the train station and Old Town. And there is a lift- so helpful with a stroller! Property would be a 5-star, except some basic components were either rationed or not available. In fairness, things like toilet paper and soap were quickly delivered upon request. Some extra bed pillows and pillow cases for all the pillows were missed. Also missed things like a toilet seat in the small bathroom. Very basic kitchen could be improved with a microwave, toaster, and full-sized ice trays. But easy access to Sorrento and the harbor boat lines is quite lovely.

Check-in was a breeze with someone meeting us at the gate and giving us a quick tour of the place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything was in walking distance. One drawback for us was that the rental is on a busy street, so it was noisy. One toilet didn't have a seat. Overall, it worked for us, but would look to stay off the main street.

We LOVED this apartment! It was quiet and homey, with a lovely view from the terrace. It's a very nice, elegant place with lots of room to be together and also good privacy. The grounds are very nice and it's a super quick walk to any place you want to go in Sorrento.

The location is perfect to the old city and train station in Sorrento, and Manuel arranged the perfect boat tours for us. I would stay here again in a minute!
