Luxurious one bedroom casita steps away from the beach. Walking distance to the marina, downtown plaza, shopping, and amazing restaurants. Features full private kitchen with all the amenities, large bathroom and shower, super comfy king bed, couch the converts to an additional king size bed, outdoor BBQ cantina area, bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers all available for your use! Casita Margarita is in a great location with respect to the seafront and to downtown, as it is walkable to both. It is beautifully decorated, the bed super comfortable, and the kitchen very well equipped. There is a nice balcony for eating and relaxing outside, and space to park on the property. We stayed a week but would have been perfectly happy there for much longer. Margie is an outstanding host, and is always available by text (but lives on the property). She kindly gave us recommendations for restaurants and a Captain to take us out for a day, and she didn't steer us wrong. She also lent us beach gear and a cooler, and has bikes. They are in the process of installing a laundry for guests, and have plans for a pool. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties, and this one checked every box.

Margarita is very communicative and made us feel welcome during our stay. The rental was clean and had everything we needed.

The host is very gracious and generous. We received a friendly greeting and a fresh baked treat. The rental kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with things that made cooking and grilling a breeze.
