Great location in Siena! Apartment was in a nice building and was nicely decorated. We tried to use the dryer without success and finally realized on the lat day that you have to plug it in, which was not obvious. We had to go buy toilet paper as there was only part of one roll provided. I asked for more, but got no response. The bed pillows provided are a joke, I found a pillow on the couch that saved me from serious neck pain. The lever handle on the entry door pulled out of the lock causing some issues that were quickly resolved. I would probably rent here again if I returned, but as you can see there were some minor hiccups!

Great location. Terrace is great to sit on, soaking up the sounds of the city whilst being incredibly private, bit of a sun trap too! Property is great, only thing not being a five is induction hob was a bit of a nightmare, only a few of the pans in the property work on the job and can only use two of the four at one time. But really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
