I had 2 rooms reserved upon arrival was only provided with one, resulting in sharing room with another couple.
In the Restaurant waited 2 hours for a Salmon and chicken cutlets.
Breakfast was only served once itwms were never replenished during the duration of breakfast hours.
The only thing that made the stay worth it was Manuela, she went above and beyond in an attempt to make the stay more pleasant.
