Staff are super dedicated, friendly
And helpful. When we checked in they spent time to explain the place we can go around and good restaurants near by with very good map. When we left the lady sent us out and bow to us. Such an amazing experience . The room is huge and beautiful design with good aesthetic sense and location just next to red brick warehouse super easy to walk around! Highly recommend.
They don’t have window and a small window and the room become bright at 4am and no curtain. No onsen available also is that of the area I feel disappointed.

The development in a warehouse previously used to store seaweed was unique and beautifully done. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the evening meal (had to choose between that and heading up the ropeway).
The only criticism was the lack of blackout blinds in the room (first light before 4am at this time of year!) and the hard Japanese style pillows.
