Sejour à Montceau1

Proche du centre à pied.

Le studio est trop en bordure de route et les locataires du haut ont un chien trés bruyant.

Ne conseille surtout pas ce studio !

Absolument rien Draps sales Lumière éclairée Quelq'un à passé avant nous, ça sentait mauvais. Point de ventilateur Point de climatisation Invivable, tellement il faisait chaud ! Robinet douche cassé Seau d'eau avec eau sale ! Pas de ménage de fait. Mais comment,on peut louer une cabane pareil ! Très déçu et par booking qui loue n Importe quoi ! Et par les propriétaires ! Cela fait trois fois de suite, que les studios ou autres que l on prends avec booking nous ont déçu ! Revoir votre copie. Il n'y a pas d avis,donc sur de louer !

Tout l ensemble Propreté, nulle, appartement sale. Lit avec draps sales Douche robinet cassé ! Enfin, ce studio n ait pas en mesure d être louer !

Location à fuir absolument

Rien

Emplacement zéro tranquillité ; rez-de-chaussée en bord de route avec les pollutions sonores et d'essence. Appartement vétuste et très peu propre. De la moisissure un peu partout, des peintures défaites, une salle de bain à faire fuir ! Les voisins du dessus ont bougé des meubles et fait énormément de bruits d'1h à 4h du matin.

Studio agréable, bien conçu Bien situé, pas trop loin du centre ville Pour nous, c’était une halte, nous parcourons à pied la V6, voie verte, partis de Mulhouse direction Nevers. Nous faisons chaque étape en aller retour… Nous dormons dans notre véhicule mais parfois, on s’offre une nuit plus confortable.

Peut-être un peu plus de couverts pour ceux qui désirent dîner sur place ( nous avons sortis nos propres fourchettes) 😉

Le propriétaire était réactif

certains ustensiles de cuisine n'étaient pas propres et le sol collait (mais je pense que c'est dû à l'utilisation d'un produit dans le nettoyage du sol
