This house was hugeeee, my family of 14 stayed and there is that much space that we weren't living on-top of each other. The views we woke up to every morning being right across from the beach were just amazing. Beds were comfortable, some of the bathrooms had double shower heads, about a 15 minute walk to the ferry into Newcastle. Would I recommend this property to friends and family? absolutely, would I stay at the property again? MOST DEFINITELY. We cannot wait to come back and visit again
There were some issues and suggestions with the house that I bought up with the manager of the property so hopefully these will be looked at and rectified but these issues weren't a deal breaker for our family.

Huge big, amazing house on Stockton Beach with unimpeded ocean views. Very comfortable and modern. Well equipped with nice furniture, stocked kitchen, shampoos etc in the bathrooms. Lots of space - can sleep 10 or more people. We had about 9 people over a week and had a great stay. Loved having the pool table and large living area. It was warm (middle of winter) and quiet. We used the large bbq for the group a couple of times. Great place! Would stay again. Just a short walk to the local club/restaurant and bowling club and IAG/few shops.
One of our colleagues noticed no hair dryer. Not a big deal.

The location was great with beautiful view through the trees to the water.
The place is large and airy with a modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and despite no air conditioning down stairs the rooms were not cold ( we were there in winter) and each room had small fan heaters. Lisa the host was easy to contact which was good because we needed her for lots of problems.
Here lies the problem
The oven didn’t work until the maintenance man came the next day to reset the thermostat.
The oven door didn’t close properly so only use to heat things up.
There are no instructions on how to use anything.
There was no broom or vacuum cleaner only a dust pan.
A gas knob was broken so one less jet to cook on.
The 1st bathroom door down stairs didn’t closes as wood had buckled so no privacy in that bathroom, also the toilet didn’t refill the cistern without opening the cistern and resetting .
Also one of the bedroom doors didn’t closes properly.
The 2nd bathroom the toilet ran all day and night.
The lights over the dining room table flickered on and off. Eventually we turned them off.
Although we had fan heaters downstairs if all on together that blew the house fuses.
The cupboard draws in the corners come out at a weird angle which have been destroyed and hard to open so some have lost the front panel.
The maintenance man who arrived said he would be back in 2 days to repair these problems, but we got a very polite call saying the part hadn’t come in . He already knew of most of our requests but continued to say it is the salt water causing these problems
There was a planned power outage from 9am to 5pm on the Wednesday but we were not informed from Lisa.
IT IS A FABULOUS HOUSE MAINTAIN IT.
