Not happy.

Location.

Bed structure had not been assembled correctly resulting in one of the side panels was pulling away at the foot of the bed, mattress thinnish, some bed slats were on the floor, your promotional photos don't show the huge concrete pillar next to the bed making it very difficult for a second person getting into bed. The stove range hood metal grate had been damaged. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was a sold block of ice. The Back alley way was noisy at odd times of the night/day. The front entrance (single door) very derelict looking. No point asking about how were the staff - we met one who gave us the access key and shot through never to be sighted again. All communication with anyone was by email or mobile All in all, not sure how you give this facility a 3 star rating.

The host was friendly and allowed us to leave our bags for 2 hours extra.

The location was great, and made up for a couple of things that were inconvenient.

The large pole next to my side of the bed made getting in and out rather difficult. There were no coffee cups small enough to fit in the coffee machine!!!!!! ..... There was no shelf at all in the shower for the soap or shampoo..
