The place was an absolute dream, the facilities, the quietness, the beach, the surroundings the Gym, the pools, everything was just great. The staff was amazing too.

Room was very clean and in-room amenities were great.
Main pool was not well maintained, it was cold and rather dirty, there were several instances where I felt something furry under my feet.
We were there for 4 days during weekdays, the pool features (waterfalls, mist, wave) were only on weekends. Only the slides were open every day. The huge pool looked good in photos but in reality it was impractical.
The Hydrotherapy pool was good but closed all day on Tuesday for weekly cleaning.
This is NOT a hotel or resort but a private apartment in a Condo Complex.
We were given 1 keycard (2 adults 1 child -5yo), which meant we had to go everywhere at the same time to be able to walk through the condo-pool-beach with its many gates and doors.

it is ok
Kids failed as water park is closed for renovation and we unaware of that.
