Clean, nice room accommodations, breakfast included
Parking was a little inconvenient

The hotel staff were all warm and inviting at every turn. I felt well cared for. I travel a lot and that is something I am always thankful for.
The location is sorta out of the way; I realize there is construction going on, however there could have been better lighting options outside and around the building.

This is a beautiful hotel located right in downtown Albany. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet.
The only downside is that there is no free parking (I missed that while booking). Although not very expensive (about $10 for overnight parking) it is inconvenient to have to unload at the door and then park (in public parking, parking lot, or garage), and to be keeping an eye on your parking time to avoid a fine. The parking was right in front/across from the hotel though.

I paid for a king size bed, on checking in I was told that room was no longer available, and I would have to get a room with two queen bed. I requested a refund for the king size bedroom; immediately a room with king size bed became available.
