Struttura nuova, camera grande dotata di aria condizionata, tv smart grande, cameretta con 1 letto, cucina con frigo grande e bollitore acqua con bustine the, camomilla, zucchero (manca la caffettiera x caffè), bel bagno moderno e doccia spaziosa.
Colazione a scelta in un bar vicinissimo, con ticket prepagati.
Zona ben servita da supermercato, farmacie, tabacchino, fermata bus (direzione Bari Centro in bus dista 30-40 min a seconda del traffico).
Check-in online e istruzioni x entrata ben dettagliate con codici da digitare su tastiera x apertura portone.
Proprietaria cortese nello scambio messaggi su w.app.
Poichè l'appartamento è sito al II piano di una palazzina affacciata ad 1 stradina abbastanza stretta, non è facile trovare parcheggii davanti al portone, ma si trova facilmente nelle strade vicine e gratuito.
Nell'appartamento c'erano solo 3 piccolissime finestre in alto, cmq anche aperte non c'è nulla da vedere.
