The location of the property is great as it is only a ten minute walk (at a reasonable rate) to the centre with only a very slight incline on the way back. There was a working lift which is useful as it is on the third floor. The apartment was super clean. They had decent sized towels which I always think is a big plus and having a lock box is a positive. Quiet neighbours and a very good pizza place and ice cream shop within a two minute walk. There is also a Spar for essentials.
The parking garage was extremely tight to get too and was too small for a Fiat 600. We parked on the street as we were lucky enough to find a spot but there weren't many and we ended up with a ticket as we didn't realise we had to move the car for street cleaning. The aircon didn't really cool the apartment fully as there is only one unit in the hallway. There was no iron or airer to hang clothes once washed and although it was a lovely big bed it was a very hard mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. A few more toiletries would have been good and no store cupboard ingredients although this wasn't a problem for us as we ate out. The main door to the building is tricky to open you have to jiggle the key around. If you do have a very small car and use the garage it is through the automatic green gates to the right of the property (if you are looking at the building head on) and you need the little key provided to open the gates, it's then up the ramp and round the corner. You can access the building from the back.Also the sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on so I am not sure what that would be like if it doubles as a sofa bed. Perfect apartment for two people or two with a child.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die Innenstadt/Altstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hat einen schönen Balkon, Schlafzimmer und Bad sind gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber.
Die Haupteingangstür ist mit dem vorhandenen Schlüssel auch nach längerem Probieren nicht zu öffnen, laut einem der ständigen Hausbewohner defekt, und man geht daher gewöhnlich über den immer offenen Hintereingang bei den Garagen ins Haus. Die Garage ist für einen Kleinwagen nutzbar, unser Kombi konnte darin aber nicht geparkt werden.
Die Klimaanlage schaffte zwar den Wohnraum zu kühlen, im Schlafzimmer lagen die Temperaturen bei der großen Hitze jedoch bei 27° . Die Küchenausstattung ist relativ spartanisch, und nicht wirklich sauber.

Très pratique et confortable, à 10 min à pieds du centre et du PAM pour faire les courses ; Belle vue sur le parc des résistants juste en face en étage assez élevé.
La platefome des hosts a été un vrai stress, si vous n'êtes pas des cadors du numérqiue c'est vraiment pénible notamment les données perso identité... on croyait l'avoir bien fait mais qq heures avant notre get in les hosts nous on envoyé un message pour nous dire que si on ne remplissait pas bien ces formulaires "no get in" ; sans compter que les infos arrivent au fur et à mesure du coup il faut tout le temps être connecté et faire attention... par très relax. De plus, les hosts annoncent n'être disponibles que de 09:00 à 11:00 ! Autre chose vous ne découvrirez qu'au dernier moment que si vous avez un SUV le parking n'est pas adapté ; pour vous donner une idée on a un petit format style Smart for 4 / mercedes classe A et c'était limite... mais bon ça va avec une petite voiture
