Accueil très convivial et professionnel
Une mention spéciale pour Hélène qui est d'une grande aide et qui connait parfaitement l'île.
L'espace extérieur est très agréable.
L'établissement se trouve à quelques minutes du port.
La chambre donnée pour 20 mètres carrés paraît beaucoup plus petite et n'est pas fonctionnelle.
Il n'y a pas de place pour les valises..
Le lavabo est dans la chambre.

From a customer service perspective, they score 10 out of 10 — in fact, probably much more! The team are incredibly focused on making sure guests have a great stay. There are regular greetings at breakfast, and they are always happy to offer advice, recommendations or help when you want it, without ever being intrusive. They are personable and genuinely interested in how your visit is going.
Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of choice, you will never leave hungry, and I quickly became hooked on their delicious Freddo Cappuccino!
Room amenity kits are very good with lots of options should you perhaps run out of or forget anything, I especially liked the loofah. Shower gel, conditioner and shampoo were also very nice. There is an,m in room espresso machine and I was able to get kettle when I asked.
The overall development is very aesthetically pleasing, and the public areas are peaceful and relaxing with olive trees and bougainvillea. Parking is also available for those who need it.
The property is ideally located, literally just a few hundred metres from the centre of Aliki, so it’s easy to walk to the restaurants, shops and beach while still feeling peaceful when you’re back at the property.
I unfortunately had an ant invasion in my room, but I want to stress that this was simply an unfortunate incident nothing more. The hotel responded proactively, moved me for the first night and treated the whole property the following day. Unfortunately, the ants did return.
Because the hotel was full, I ended up staying in three rooms over six nights: 306, 302 and finally 206. Room 302 was by far the best, bright and airey, although both 302 and 306 had very small bathrooms. Room 206 had a much larger bathroom, which was a positive, but the room itself was disappointing by comparison and felt unfinished compared with the photographs online.
The door handle was loose with a missing screw, there were exposed pipes in the room and bathroom covered in paint-splattered tape, and the room lacked some of the features shown online, such as the headboard and bedside lighting and decoration. The mattress was also extremely hard.
The south-facing balcony was unusable, while the other balcony was permanently in the shade. As the room was ground floor and had no voile/net curtains, the main curtains had to remain closed for privacy.
I felt the price i paid >€150 was reasonable for the standard shown online, but Room 206 did not, to me, match that standard. A few relatively simple improvements — finishing the room properly, concealing the pipes, adding mattress toppers, voile curtains and screening the south-facing balcony — would make a significant difference and with 2 balconies a valuable USP.
The staff were helpful throughout, and I did very much appreciate their efforts with the ant problem and the constraints they had with availability. The town also had a power cut one night while I was there, that and unstable WiFi which I also experienced are not uncommon but it is the trade off for village life I was told by the owners. Its such a charming location.

Good location. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice outdoor area with a good feel to it. Very close to restaurants, beach and some shops.
The bathrooms are tiny, so small that it was even hard to get in and out and closing the door. They were also very dated and felt dirty. We realised when being there that there are no photos of the bathrooms on here and we understand why. I took a photo for others to see but it looks bigger than it was. Even my 10 yr old struggled with the size.
The room itself is ok, it's renovated but it feels like it's mostly on the surface.
We are a large family and booked 6 double bedrooms. Our room smelled of mould so were given a new one which was better. My mother had a problem with flies in the bathroom, like 20+ small flies coming out of the drains/shower.
The bathrooms really let this place down. We felt like we didn't even want to take a shower because it didn't feel clean.
The room next door flushing the toilet was so loud that it woke us up.
It just wasn't a comfortable stay overall.
