Beautiful french maison with indian artefacts. Such a calm place amidst the busy streets. Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly . Literally the best part of my trip. The whole place so well put together. The service was really good, breakfast was very nice and had variety. Totally recommend to anyone visiting pondicherry and would like to experience french maison in white town.

A beautiful hotel located in the quaint streets of White Town and within walking distance of the beach, boutiques and restaurants in the area. We had excellent breakfasts each morning served by fabulous, friendly smiling staff on the roof top terrace. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All the hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, thanks to the doorman for his greetings every day. Overall an excellent stay.

The property is in a good location, and overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a decent property with good potential, but unfortunately, it has not been maintained as well as it should be.
The staff was genuinely helpful and welcoming. Vicky, the manager, was particularly helpful in guiding us on where to go and how to get around. The doorman and the parking staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating.
Our room was decent overall; however, the bathroom was not as clean as expected. The main concern was not the day-to-day cleanliness, but the overall maintenance of the property. The shower was not working properly, and some of the cupboard drawers were not fixed or fitted correctly. These small maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
One thing that was disappointing was the breakfast service. Breakfast was available from 8:30–9:30 AM, and when we requested a coffee at 9:31 AM, we were told it was no longer available. While we understand the stated breakfast timings, a little flexibility for something as simple as a coffee would have made the experience much better.
Overall, it is a good property in a convenient location with excellent staff, but it would benefit significantly from better overall maintenance and a slightly more guest-friendly approach to service.
