it is decent

the property is near mall hardy 1 min walking distance. Very secure

multiple ownership, a little lost as apartment's are divided under multiple parties.

A pleasant stay

The unit had nice furniture in a great compound (Aeon Towers) next to the Mall of Arabia. Check-in was easy, and the grounds staff were very helpful. The WiFi and Aircon were great, and it was a nice surprise having a television in all the bedrooms. It meant all our kids could watch whatever they wanted, and nobody got into each others hair. We also appreciated the early check-in after flying in from Hurghada.

We didn't get the unit we thought we were booking. Whilst the unit we got was for the same price and covered the basics, it didn't have a dining room table big enough for our family and lacked a dishwasher. It also had "just enough" cutlery and crockery for 6, which meant you always had to wash dishes. The kitchen was also missing basic items like dishcloths, chopping boards, kitchen towels, enough chopping knives, etc. Would really recommend the hosts stock up on kitchen amenities to make the stay more enjoyable, especially given its a self-catering unit.

Comfortable stay near Arab mall

Everything were very good location, comfortable, new furniture, well equipped

1- Prohibiting external guests and not allowing visitors to visit us in the appartment 2- Dificulties at the security gate when accessing the compound by taxis and uber, or even by relatives 3- Shower water temperature changing during the shower from very hot to very cold, because of water presuure
