the location is amazing we arrive for the sunset and the view from the room was breathtaking. The staff is kind and friendly, the dinner and breakfast were more than enough in quantity and quality.
The room smelled weird in the morning but opening the windows helped a lot, maybe it was the lake.
The transfer from the port was not included in the price and we were not told we would have needed to pay it. Payment with cards require 5% more of the price.

El alojamiento es bonito y el entorno también. El desayuno es bueno y las camas son muy cómodas.
Prepárate para pasar frío, en la cama si hay abundantes mantas, pero cuando estés fuera de ella, te vas a congelar. Cuentan con estufa de exterior paea calentar el interior, lo cual es bastante peligroso al ser gas y no poder ventilar por el frío. Para llegar y volver del alojamiento hay que ir en barca, la cual cobran en efectivo y no avisan. Te van a intentar vender todos los tours insistentemente, además nada baratos. El pago con tarjeta conlleva un recargo del 7%. La cena que sirven y que también pagas, está buena y abundante, pero vistos los precios de Puno, está elevado. Una cosa es vivir del turismo y otra aprovecharse de él. Ah, y no hay wifi ni funcionarán bien tus datos, la cobertura es pésima.
