Ok, but don't expect it to be perfect

Location is very good. Bathroom is new. Convinient self chceckin/checkout using key box.

The apartment (except the bathroom) looks like in the 80s but painted using white paint. It doesn't look very bad, but you need to be prepared that insides are not perfect. Sofa in the living room has a lot of stains.

Avoid this property

The apartment is very well located, within walking distance (200m) from tram, bus and metro. BUT the apartment is very dirty, with stains on the couch, windows that have been cleaned ages ago (see pics). Last summer a reviewer pointed the same problem also. The managing company bookinghost.com is completely unreliable: the second day of my 12-day stay, the electricity was cut because of unpaid bills; I was relocated -travel expenses on me- in another place and the day after I went back - travel expenses on me of course. Because of the power outage the day before, the WiFi was not working. During TEN (10!) days I was sending email upon email to this Company (for them to fix the issue) to no avail. Their phone number does not work of course (see screenshot). There is no electric kettle, no coffee maker, no hangers in the bathroom not even a kitchen towel. It's a pity and a shame for Warsaw.

It needs a proper renovation-refurbishment or to be taken out!

Location and view.

Everything else; dirty place, almost wrecked!

10 / 10

Apartment well located and with good connection to the center, public transportation and tourist sites.
