Renovierte geräumige Wohnung im EG . Gutes WLan, Heizung und Warmwasser , vorhandene Klimaanlage wurde nicht benutzt. Komplette Küche außer Kaffeemaschine. Parkplatz vorm Haus, allerdings eng. Gute Lage (200m) zur schönen Hafenpromenade. Guter Supermarkt und leckeres Pizza-Ristorante am See. a Ausflugschiff nach Morcote und Lugano
Schlüsseltresor defekt und schwierige Kommunikation mit Vermieter - die Tochter konnte per WhatsApp helfen.

L’appartamento è veramente molto bello, curato e pulito. Abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento acceso e l’atmosfera è stata molto accogliente. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Presente anche uno spazio esterno e parcheggio pubblico. Vicinissimo al lago e ad un’ottima pasticceria.
