Horrible customer service and electric cords hanging from ceiling

Location

Barely any customer service. I asked for measurements on the doors to make sure a wheelchair would fit through them all. They immediately told me to go somewhere else, assuming my professional athlete husband couldn’t stay there but finally measured them. It took them 3 weeks to respond.. then I ordered sheets less than a week before arrival because I noticed they’re not included. We arrived around 7-8pm, found no sheets and towels and their customer service was closed. We slept on bare beds after waking up at 4am with 2 young kids to travel and bought some dishtowels to dry ourselves with.. then they didn’t respond to anything, I had to contact Booking.com for help and eventually I reached out to family to get some sheets and towels borrowed. Horrible horrible service. Took a long time to get the refund and they charge you for electricity after you leave 😂 We didn’t stay too long in the house so they barely make room for any consumption. We had breakfast, left for the day and came back at night.. We barely used the tv, turned off all lights when leaving but I used the washing machine and dryer maybe 3-4 times in 5 days. Also, the electrical cords are a joke. They just hang from the ceiling and then they connected the kitchen light above the kitchen table, took it halfway back and had the light hang there. It’s so ugly and such lazy work. They really cut corners when putting this together 😂 It just feels like they threw up some houses, opened for bookings and expect you to pay. I do not recommend 😅
