Great location. Comfortable and good sized accommodation. Great communication with the owner in advance. Definitely recommend.

Las explicaciones del checkin y checkout eran claras y fáciles. El edificio es precioso y bien restaurado. El espacio está aprovechado al máximo. La ubicación es fantástica.
No hay aire acondicionado y en agosto es imprescindible. Es un espacio justo, pero adecuado para dos personas. Al ser un ático una de las ventanas es abuhardillada y no tiene ni persiana ni cortina y te despierta la luz.

Fue nuestra última parada después de un largo viaje por Bulgaria, Rumanía y Serbia, y elegimos este apartamento buscando un espacio acogedor e íntimo. Fue todo un acierto. Está en pleno centro, pero muy aislado del ruido, y permite llegar caminando a todo, además de estar cerca de los transportes.
Nos alojamos en el ático abuhardillado, precioso y muy acogedor, con todas las comodidades y una atención excelente. Como mejora, quizá sería interesante contar con aire acondicionado en verano y mosquiteras para poder disfrutar de las ventanas abiertas por la noche.
Por lo demás, una estancia muy agradable, tranquila y cómoda. Perfecta para terminar nuestro viaje y descansar unos días en Sofía.
Me gustó todo, ya que mis sugerencias son puntos a mejorar, pero no son necesarias para poder alojarte. Tiene todo lo que necesitas.

Just the location and the renovated facade of the old house
The host didn't provide the full information about apartments . Bathroom is 1.5 square meter, where you have toilet and the shower behind the curtain. There's no washing machine in apartments, as was mantioned. In coffe machine was stagnant foul-smelling water. All kitchen clothes were also foul-smelling and old. Very old, stained worn-out bed linen. More over, old dirty iron (late 80's?) and bad working hair dryer. Can't recommend it at all. Need better managment and equipment renovation inside.
