**Please note there are some exterior cameras for liability reasons only. Cameras are located in the following locations:
Driveway, side yards, Courtyard, Pool and Hot Tub, and Garage Arcade. Additionally, while the pool is heated year-round, the waterslides may be closed seasonally in the event of cold temperatures. Failing to winterize the slides during these conditions can result in a pool heating system failure entirely.

Mollie’s Landing resides in a county that has additional ordinances that must be followed to avoid excessive fines ($3,000+). These are outside of Property Manager’ control; however, we must request that you acknowledge and follow these rules. These include:
No large events. No more than 28 people allowed. No food trucks, catering trucks, mobile game trucks, caterers, on-site party or event planners or coordinators, live music, disc jockey, portable PA systems, outdoor movie screen, fireworks, temporary lighting, rental or delivery of event or party supplies or equipment. No Trespassing on neighboring lots, specifically the airport and runway. Quiet Time - is defined as after 10:00 p.m. to before 7:00 a.m.
