About this house rental
3 bedroom beautiful home in Balk
Luxury water villa on a side arm of the Slotermeer.
Look forward to your stay at Watervilla Park in Balk. You are here in the southwest of Friesland directly on the Slotermeer. The detached water villas are sustainable and equipped with an individual interior and promise you maximum relaxation!
You want a relaxing vacation in an elegant and exclusive residential location? Then this comfortable and modern vacation home is the right place for you. The water villa can fulfill the dream of your small family. Enjoy the tasteful furnishings that promise you a special feel-good experience. Swing the wooden spoon together in the modern kitchen, play board games at the dining table or relax on the sofa with an entertaining movie. All the while, you can enjoy the great view of the water. Due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, even as an extended family you can enjoy your privacy and restful night's sleep.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace, sunbathe in the first rays of the sun, take a refreshing dip in the water or paddle across the water with the SUP.
Each house has a boat dock for your own sailboat or sloop. Arriving by car is therefore no problem. Balk is located in a beautiful and watery environment on the Elfstädteroute. Experience the Elfstädter Tour by boat, on inline skates, by car or even on foot directly from your water villa. There is a lot to discover! A swim on the sandy beach of the Slotermeer is also recommended and promises you a relaxing time.
Look forward to your vacation in this fantastic water villa!
Note: Please note that there are several identical water villas with the same comfort in this park. The interior may differ from the photos shown.
