About this house rental
Villa Calma Istra
Spend a wonderful stay in this comfortable holiday home with pool.
Villa Clama Istria exudes a modern yet cosy atmosphere, in which subtle colours, a comfortable sofa and a wood-burning stove create a relaxed mood. The living area invites you to relax with a glass of wine or end the evening with a good conversation. You can also conjure up delicious meals in the open-plan kitchen and dine in good company. Thanks to the elegant furnishings, you can experience that holiday feeling with a touch of luxury.
The beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors at any time. Make yourself comfortable by the pool with a drink or browse through your holiday reading. Jump into the pool for a refreshing dip and enjoy the marvellous view over the countryside.
In Sv. Martin, a fairytale village in central Istria, you can enjoy the tranquillity, rural atmosphere and views of the rolling hills. Take a trip to the nearby sea and spend relaxing hours in Rabac with its fine pebble beaches and crystal-clear water. You can also visit Labin, where museums, historical architecture and an impressive old town centre await you.
